I grew up in sunny Loma Linda, with both my parents working for the Medical Center there. I loved school from the beginning and wanted to be a teacher all through my elementary years. In Jr. High and High School I developed a love of science, as it was the first subject to make me really want to learn all I could about it. I did research in microbiology in college, and was pre-vet for a while before coming back to my childhood dream of being a teacher. This has been an eventful year for me so far. My son, Enoch, was born during the first month of school, and has been a wonderful addition to my family. Though I wish I could spend more time with him, I am glad to be back at school and teaching again.
I want my students to deepen their relationship with God and understand His wonderful creation more and more each day.
